Our Best Answer: Can I do a double major?

Can I do a double major?

Students in some undergraduate degrees will have the option to do a program in more than one academic area (ie. a Bachelor of Arts degree with a Major Concentration in Economics and a Major Concentration in Classics, or a Bachelor of Science degree with Joint Majors in Math and Computer Science), while others will only have the option to study in one main academic area, perhaps with an additional Minor (ie. a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Chemical Engineering with a Minor in Environment).

All of the program options available in a particular degree can be found in the current eCalendar.  If you are a current student with questions about the options within your degree, please contact the Student Affairs Office in your Faculty or School for assistance.

If you are thinking about applying to McGill and would like to see what your options are, please visit the Admissions website for more information.
