Service Point is the student-facing customer-service arm of McGill University. This department provides administrative services and admission assistance to Undergraduate students, Graduate students, Postdocs, Alumni, Prospective students, Applicants, Guests, and Parents.

Si on vous a attribué un conseiller précis d’une faculté ou d’un programme, le nom de votre conseiller apparaît en haut de votre relevé de notes non officiel dans Minerva (sous le menu Dossiers des étudiants).
Si vous n’êtes pas inscrit à un diplôme ou un programme avec conseillers désignés, vous pouvez rencontrer l’un des conseillers pédagogiques de votre faculté ou programme.
Certains étudiants ont plus d’un conseiller (par exemple, si vous êtes inscrit au B.A., vous aurez un conseiller pour chacun des programmes de majeure, mineure et baccalauréat spécialisé), tandis que d’autres rencontrent le même conseiller pour toutes les questions liées à leur diplôme ou programme d’études (par exemple, si vous êtes étudiant au B. Sc. en sciences infirmières, vous devez contacter votre conseiller en sciences infirmières pour toute question).

Undergraduate

Following successful payment of your application fee, you should receive an e-mail acknowledgment within 3 to 5 days, confirming that your application has been received. This email will contain your assigned McGill ID number. Before starting your application it is highly recommended that you review all admission and application requirements for your chosen program of study. It is your responsibility to ensure all items are completed and submitted within the posted deadlines.
Graduate
